If a seller wishes to take responsibility for damages to have their name removed from the system, but there are unavoidable circumstances preventing contact with the report creator for reimbursement, for fairness to the seller in removing their name and for the benefit of the report creator, the seller may compensate for damages through the system. The Service Provider may facilitate compensation through the system and record the refund history, and return to the victim or User when contact can be established.

In cases where damages are compensated, Users can request a refund through the contact channels available in the system. The compensation amount received will be deducted by fees arising from payment gateway transactions for damage compensation.

All information displayed on this Website is user-generated content and is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Service Provider makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness.
